Pricing is based upon receiving the forks and/or shock - not the motorcycle. Removal from a motorcycle is an additional $100.

Re-Valve Price

Your forks and or shock will be taken apart, thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Modifications will be made to the damping system that are personalized specifically for you; your weight, the type of riding you do and your riding ability. All valving changes are documented and kept on file under your name. The Forks and Shock are then reassembled with fresh oil.

Suspension Service Price

Your forks and or shock will be taken apart, thoroughly cleaned and inspected and reassembled with fresh oil.

Tip: Your oil will deteriorate over time. Our recommendation would be to have your Forks & Shock serviced every 25 ride hours to ensure the oil is fresh and working properly.

The grand - Flat Track Price
This is a complete set-up to get your bike ready for Flat Track. It includes taking your Forks and Shock apart, performing a thorough cleaning and inspection. It includes lowering and re-valving your Forks and modifying your fork springs. Your shock is then re-valved with an 8" shock spring and a billet aluminum shock collar. All modifications are made specifically for your weight, the type of riding you do and your riding ability and reassembled with fresh oils.

Suspension Dyno

At Boughner Racing we use a Suspension Dyno allowing us to test shock/forks before/after to record the change in valving. It records the data in a graph form on a computer. This information is then kept on file under your name. By using a Suspension Dyno, we can guarantee that the shock/forks will work perfectly as expected with the custom changes made.
